Getting started

Sistine Path is a downloadable market-research app for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. The subscription is $9 USD per month for one Mac. It renews until canceled.

Install and activate

  1. Use the purchase and download controls on the Sistine Path page. They become available when subscriptions open.
  2. Open the downloaded ZIP, then drag Sistine Path.app to your Applications folder.
  3. Open the app and choose Continue in browser. New subscribers go directly to Stripe checkout, where you accept the Terms and authorize the $9 monthly subscription. If your purchase is already saved in this browser, you go straight to connecting your Mac. Use the same browser for payment and connection.
  4. After payment is verified, click Connect this Mac in the browser. Only approve a request you just started in the app; the short connection reference matches in both places.
  5. Return to the app. It unlocks automatically. You do not need a separate app account, password or monthly activation key. Stripe collects a billing email for receipts and purchase support.
  6. Keep the app open and connected while the first market-history download completes. Progress appears in Data Library.

Connection requests expire after ten minutes. If a request expires, choose Continue in browser again; your paid purchase remains saved in that browser. Your Mac’s access credential stays in Keychain. If you used a different browser or cleared its site storage, contact support to recover the purchase. Do not pay again to solve a connection problem.

Daily updates and offline access

Shared provider imports begin at midnight in New York, following daylight saving time. Validation and publication follow the imports. The app checks for published updates when opened and every 30 minutes while running. Your Mac can be asleep during the server imports.

The first download contains historical data. Normal daily updates are smaller; some provider corrections require a replacement history. An interrupted or invalid update leaves your saved data intact.

After online verification, you can use the app offline for up to 72 hours, within your paid subscription period. Reconnect to renew that verification. Offline prices remain at their last imported dates.

US subscription billing

The plan is $9 USD per month, billed automatically until canceled. Initial sales are for US customers. Stripe asks for the US address where you use Path to confirm US availability; this is a digital download and nothing is shipped.

Understand the dates and sources

Always check the observation date and source. Stock data reflects completed trading sessions. CoinGecko series use daily USD snapshots at midnight UTC, which can differ from an exchange’s closing price. Longer Yahoo crypto histories also receive daily closes alongside separate CoinGecko series; the CoinGecko companion symbols end in -CG.

Indexes and commodity futures receive daily updates for their existing instruments. Imports start at midnight New York time, followed by validation and publication, with a later retry window. The app checks for updates on opening and every 30 minutes while running. Closed-market days do not create new stock, index or futures observations; crypto updates every day. Provider gaps and histories awaiting review are disclosed in Data Library. No instrument has history from before it existed.

Patterns and scenarios

The chart compares the five closest historical matches and weights closer matches more heavily. Change the lookback, forecast horizon, and linear or log view to explore the data. Log views require positive prices.

Agreement between historical outcomes describes those selected examples. It is not a calibrated probability of a future rise or fall. Projected paths are illustrative research scenarios, not financial advice, trade instructions or guaranteed returns. Historical and backtested results do not establish future performance.

Billing, cancellation and another Mac

Choose Subscription → Manage billing in the app to open Stripe’s billing portal. You can update payment details, view invoices, and cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the paid period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

If you replace your Mac, lose access to the purchase browser, cannot open billing, or need a refund review, email support@sistine.ai from your billing email. Include the receipt or invoice identifier and a short description. Support verifies purchase ownership before transferring access. If support provides a private recovery code, use Have a recovery code? in the app. Never send your full card number, card security code, password or API keys.

Your own history

Watchlists and imported files stay on your Mac. Cloud synchronization preserves personal imports instead of replacing an existing local series from another source. The Data Library identifies histories needing attention.
