Before September 2026 the Mac app was larger. It had pages for Telegram, email, code and published websites, a referral program with points, a collectible drop and a chat for the people who held one. Those pages are gone from SistineGPT, and the privacy policy describes the app as it is now.

Some of what those pages created is still held on our servers, because other people are still using it or because it cannot be taken back. This page says what, for how long, and how to have it removed.

What we still hold

Referral and points records. Invite codes, who used one, and the point balances attached to them, some of them alongside a public blockchain address a person connected. Points were never money: they were never sold, cashed out or redeemable, and nothing about them is a balance we owe anybody. Kept until you ask us to delete them.
Claims from the collectible drop. Which address claimed which item, kept indefinitely, because it is the record behind a thing that exists on a public blockchain.
Messages in the chat for holders of that collectible. The messages people posted there, with the public address that posted each one and the display name it chose. That chat is a conversation between people; we can remove your own messages and your profile on request, and we cannot remove what other people wrote about the conversation.
Websites published from the app. The files of a published site, the messages its contact form received, and a count of how many times a page was viewed. They stay up until the site is taken offline. SistineGPT cannot take a site offline any more, so write to us. See the hosting terms.

What cannot be undone

An item claimed on a public blockchain is on that blockchain. We did not put it there in a way we can reverse, nobody can, and deleting our own record of a claim does not remove it from the chain. That is a property of the thing itself, and it was said on the page at the time.

How to have it removed

Email support@sistine.ai from any address, tell us what you want removed, and we will act within 30 days. If a record is attached to a blockchain address rather than an email, say which address; we may ask you to prove you control it, so that we do not delete somebody else's record on your word.

The old policy

The policy that shipped inside those versions of the app is still in each of them, under Settings → Privacy → View Privacy Policy, and it is what described their behavior at the time. This page is about what we still hold afterward.
